Shine bright and make a statement with these sterling silver & opal fringe earrings!
I have suspended rows of tiny amazonite Ethiopian opals in hand-formed sterling silver frames by securely wire wrapping them. The opals have a lovely glow in the light and flash colors of pink, green, and blue!
The fringe on the bottom consists of chain and hammered silver discs that will move back and forth for glittery sparkle!
*Please note that opal is naturally a more delicate stone, so extra care is recommended when handling and wearing opal jewelry.
Do not wear your opals in water as most Ethiopian opals are considered to be a "hydrophane" opal which naturally has the ability to absorb water, which may in some cases change their color.
All of our ear wires are made from scratch in our studio using 20 gauge wire. They are formed, lightly hammered for strength, and polished for shine!
